• Physical space available to setup tent
• Total number of people under tent
• Layout of tent contents (tables/chairs/dance floor/ stage etc)

Our dance floors can be setup in square or rectangular shape.

Typical size/requirements:

• 40-80 Guests: 12′ x 12′ Dance Floor (144 sq ft)
• 80-120 Guests: 15′ x 15′ Dance Floor (225 sq ft)
• 120-200 Guests: 21′ x 21′ Dance Floor (441 sq ft)
• 200+ Guests: 24′ x 24′ Dance Floor (576 sq ft)

We like to get a minimum of three weeks in the event that we have to make a site visit, get permits etc. Some tents can be setup with a shorter lead time, depending the the above factors and our work load.
